Even though we make it here in America the taste is all South African. You know what we mean. Moist steak quality beef and no extra kak - just spices, a hook and lots of time.
Our biltong isn’t heated. It’s air dried and aged with no additives. Just like the butcher shops at home.
We make each batch to order so that every time you order you get the freshest biltong we have.
